In this episode, I interview Gaby, who is in ACES pre-teaching, which is within the education field. Like before in my first interview, she shares her student experience here on the UCONN campus, highlighting some ups and downs as a Freshman, whether that may be academic or social. A lot of her shared experiences can definitely be relatable to a lot of students who may be going through the same struggles in their first year of college. Coming from a small school, to a big school like UCONN, can be a huge adjustment, and even a culture shock to a lot of people. Even for me, it's been a huge adjustment to be in a class full of hundreds of students, and be very overwhelming a lot of the times. Towards the end of the interview, she shares some word of advice for other students and people who may soon enter college in the fall.
