He has been described as a human encyclopedia of stormwater utilities. In this webinar, he will dive into how widespread stormwater utilities are in the U.S., as well as various trends and patterns he’s seen throughout the years of his work.
More about Dr. Campbell: Warren Campbell is the Hall Professor of Civil Engineering at Western Kentucky University. He is the creator of the WKU Stormwater Utility Survey published yearly since 2007. Currently his database holds information on over 1900 stormwater utilities (SWUs) in the U.S. and 100 in Canada. Information from this database has been used and is widely cited in SWU feasibility studies for many communities, is referenced by water resources companies, local state and Federal government agencies, and non-profit organizations in the U.S. and abroad.
